Shallowford Lakes Pool Party Info

  • Each member account may purchase 5 guest passes @ $6 each from the front desk daily, without needing to schedule a “party”.
  • Pool party payments are for entrance fees, the use of the two wooden picnic tables, and two umbrellas for the two hour time period. 
  • If you have 5-10 guests, the charge is $100. 11-20 guests is $175. A scheduled “party” requires extra lifeguards on the pool deck, per our contract with Aquatech. 20 Person MAX
  • Pool Parties are scheduled by the Pool Director, and availability is limited by lifeguard staff and pool occupancy limits. 
  • Fees are due upon when the Pool Director confirms your date, and lifeguards have been scheduled. 
  • Please note that parties are available 7 days a week, ONLY between 5pm-7pm (off-peak hours), and are NOT available for booking on major holidays, as our attendance levels are higher on those days already.
  • Pool party requests require a minimum of 14 days notice to ensure lifeguard coverage.

Terms of Service

Pool party payments are for entrance fees, the use of the two wooden picnic tables, and two umbrellas for the two hour time period. There is no guarantee of lounge chair seating, as they are available on a first come/first serve basis and pool parties are held during general business hours, and are not private events.

Please be advised: Thunder and lightening require the lifeguards to evacuate the pool for a minimum of 30 minutes, and can close the pool depending on the severity.

Please be advised: Upon registering your family membership, you were required to acknowledge our pool rules. Those rules still apply during your party, and you are responsible for the behavior of your guests, and they too must abide by the pool rules.
